Over the past month SMART Business Women has been preparing the Calendar for the coming months and we hope to encourage, inspire and treat everyone that attends our meetings. Our challenge is to get the right mix of speakers, entertainment and venues to suit everyone.

SMART Business Women has met with potential sponsors to assist in the funding of the network over the next 12-months – this will help tremendously with getting high caliber speakers.

SMART Business Women is also discussing options of working with the Chamber of Commerce, this is fantastic as the association will enhance our credibility locally.

For you, the women of Timaru we have made things as simple and as cost effective as possible. As you all know that the running of the network and the administration involve comes at a cost, so …

From the 1st of January 2008 – SMART Business Women’s network will have an Annual Membership of $65.00 inc GST.

Each meeting will have a cover charge which will remain static throughout the year (unless we have a dinner function etc), those charges will be:

SMART Business Women Network Member: $25.00 inc GST.
Guest: $35.00 inc GST.

As a result of the previous network (Her Business) no longer running in Timaru, SMART Business Women are prepared to honor the membership of that network.
