Hi Everyone Well this week is a new experience as I'm working away from home for a few days in Christchurch which is VERY cold ..... bbrrrrrrrr. In my previous life working in corporate I would just set an out of office to say I was working 'off site' and advise an alternate contact or that I would be checking emails intermitently blah blah but not so easy [...]
Ask anyone who has tried meditation and they will tell you they find it difficult. Yet I constantly hear people say that they wish they could meditate and relax more. I think at some level we understand that finding peace in the mind would be a beautiful thing. Just imagine, being able to take a mental holiday from the madness of our lives, any time of the day.
