He left my office with this forever gone in his life.
His passion and love for his wife and relationship has blossomed and I also shared some love strategies with him which he is embracing with passion.
Some of his comments, he was still a bit in shock and disbelief I think at the time of these ones,
"nah oh yea nah its gone its not there anymore, the hatred and anger in me, yea nah its gone aye"
Because we have had these thought patterns in our lives for so long sometimes it takes a while to sink in that they could actually be gone, however, if you think that a thought pattern can enter our minds in just a moment, then it can also be released in just a moment.

Have had more feedback from one of my clients who said to me,
"woah I am starting to really feel the impact this has made in my life, its so incredible and I notice how I am actully behaving differently from what I used to, the anger, I have been in the same situations and i know how I would have handled it, but this time I was really surprised at myself".
Thats just so good, and I continue to hear the same sorts of stories, over and over again but every time is special knowing that one person can make such a transorfmation in their life with these tools. As I , myself have also experienced

Great stories and I laughed how you described the yes/no stage of is my anger really gone.
It would be lovely if we all could become more effective instead of having our feelings being in the way of a great life. Such a waste of effort.

just recently I have worked with a teenager who has for many yesars heard voices and used to self harm.
She came to me through a friend of a friend and by the end of her session the voices had gone the fesr had gone and the anger had gone too. She had a fear of going out and always felt judged and ridiculed, she has started a course and starts tommorrow.
Just great will keep you infomred of her progress and add some of her comments and feedback at a ater date.

Within just 2 one hour sessions with him, using these fantastic and incredible tools he has within 24 hours of the second session spoken to his previous partner with a view to sort it once and for all, he has done this, made along with his x partner all travel arrangements, her financial obligations towards paying some off the travel, meeting him half way to pick up and drop off the children, a long term plan to have the children on alternate Christmas's every year, something that she previously would not even consider! This is now being written up by his lawyer to be sent to her to sign off, and the best thing is they are both happy and it ended up being a win-win result.
Is that good or just fantastic? Do you think he was happy with that result? You bet he was..... but wait theres more, he has already moved on from that goal, day 2 after the last session, has set more goals and is considering returning to school and possibly university. He is currently working in a butter processing factory. Woohoooo!
