This is the first time I have written a blog so here goes !!
My name is Tracey Ashton Iam the owner of My Canvas a home based business in West Auckland which prints photos onto canvas.
I am relatively new to the world of self employment having left my job in the corporate world for a life working from home. Away from the rat race ... so far so good .. yet I have to admit the move didn
;t come without challenges !!! Lots of them.I would like to make my blog somewhere where people can share my experiences of small business and share their stories. Also to maybe swap ideas and innovations anything from networking to surviving tough times.
I can also share news from my business what's hot and what's happenning etc. Plus share my experience of blogging as like I said earlier this is new ground for me so would be happy to share how it works for me.

As a fellow new blogger, and recently self-employed, I know how you feel. Yes, it's nice to say goodbye to the motorway mayhem of rush hour, but there's something scary about not having an office to front up to five days a week.
Like you, I also hope to find some like-minded women through this site, to make the whole 'break out on my own' thing less of a lonely journey.
